Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within (72 hours) if the item(s) is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue for a resolve. We reserve the right to request pictures and/or video clip of defective, damaged or wrong item(s) be emailed to us so that we may properly confirm the pending matter. Once your return request has been approved, return your defective, damaged or wrong item(s), protective seal must remain intact, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include receipt or proof of original purchase.
To start a return for damaged or wrong product, you must contact us at: email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item(s) is returned to us, it will be reviewed for replacement with like item(s) or correct item(s) to be shipped to you within three (3) to five (5) business days. We reserve the right to not accept a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer store credits. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.
Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be reopened for any adjustments to update shipping address, add items or remove items from the initial order. You would have to initiate another order for additional item(s). We ask that you double check your shipping address for accuracy.
