Shipping policy

YOUR ORDER: Please allow 5 - 7 BUSINESS Days to Receive Your Order. Normally, orders are deliver within 5 - 7 business days.  However, there might be exceptions and circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in your delivery date! 
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are normally processed within 2 - 4 business days,  excluding  weekends and holidays, (high quantity demand may cause a slight processing delay). Order Processing Time is in addition to Shipping and Delivery Time.
In-State DELIVERY: Please allow 2 - 4 days for processing your order, excluding weekends and holidays, (high quantity demand may cause a slight processing  delay) Shipping and Delivery is an additional 1 - 3 business days after your order has been processed.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address during the checkout process - We recommend double checking your shipping address prior to submitting your order.  Once your order has been submitted, and the order processing has begun, we may not be able to accommodate your request  to update your shipping address.
Wrong Delivery Address: If your order is delivered to the incorrect shipping address you provided, we cannot reship a replacement order to an updated address unless the previous order is returned to us in new condition with all safety seals intact within seven (7) days of confirmed carrier delivery to the  incorrect shipping address. If the merchandise isn't returned to us, in new condition with safety seals intact,  within seven (7) days of confirmed carrier delivery to incorrect address, we reserve the right to not accept the return. Any approved Reshipment cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We cannot reissue a refund for orders shipped to the incorrect address caused by the customer.
Lost Delivery Orders: If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement package  once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package has been confirmed as being delivered to the correct address you provided at checkout, but it’s determined to be lost, please file a claim within 72-hours with the delivery carrier and contact us with 72-hours with the claim number they provided you with. You may use the ‘Contact Us’ link on our home page or email us at: HonestGrowth@gmail.com. It’s important that you provide us with your lost-claim number so  that  we can file a claim for your lost package and reship a replacement to you. Reshipment has the same order processing time as your initial order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Processing & Delivery of your order can take 21 to 30 business days to receive (excluding weekends and holidays). This allotted time is determined by the destination region. Your delivery time may be longer due to matters beyond our control.

Consumer’s Obligation: Any additional Fees for Custom and/or Import Fees shall be your sole financial responsibility. Furthermore, Honest Growth, LLC shall bear no responsibility for any associated delays that may be the result of Customs practices.

International Carriers: We use DHL Worldwide and UPS Worldwide as our International  Carriers. During Checkout, please ensure you select the  Carrier that provides delivery to your region.

Taxes/Fees Liability: Our company is based in the United States of America; as such, we bear no Tax liabilities for Any fees associated with Taxes beyond the operating state for Honest Growth, LLC; nor, Custom or Import Taxes; nor any associated VAT Taxes on any goods for any reasons.
